Fondant is a rolled icing that tastes like a white tootsie-roll. The fondant looks very elegant and is rolled very smooth. We make all of our fondant.

- How soon should i book my wedding cake???
To stay on the safe side, booking six months to a year is best. This will hold your wedding date so everything will be set on the day.d

- What are your hours of operation???
We are open Monday thu Friday 10:00am to 5:30pm, Saturdays 10:00am to 4:00pm, and Sundays we are closed.

- Where are you located???
We're about a block south of Hanna on Madison Ave. There is a large sign out front saying Amazing Cakes. Just look for the big red roof.

- Are the traditional cakes the only thing you do???
No, we also do chocolate mints, cream cheese mints, individual cakes, and petit fours.

- What is a Petit Four???
A petit four is a small piece of cake with chocolate ganache in it and then covered in chocolate. Then the small cakes are decorated similar to the main cake.

- What is your payment policy?
We require a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Pick up cakes must be paid off by pick up date, & delivered cakes must be paid off in full before delivered.

- Do I need an appointment?
We do not require appointments, but we cannot gurantee that we can fully assist you in your decision making of your cake.

- Can I come in for a cake tasting?
Yes! We do offer cake tasting with every appointment. Whenever you make your appointment let us know what cake flavors you would like to sample.

- What is your Canellation & Refund Poicy?
The $100.00 deposite is non-refundable, no acceptions. Canellations must be done at least one to two weeks prior to event, in order to recieve money back. In order to have a refund of your money we must have the entire cake returned to the shop promptly & the cake must not be tamperd with. However deposites will not be returned at all.
